Instagram is adding an AI ‘assistant’ to tell you how to post

Instagram announced an AI 'creative assistant' for its standalone Edits app. It can access account data on likes, views, retention and shares, answer creators' questions about content trends, differences in video performance and audience preferences, and suggest topics, openings, copy, trending audio and scripts. The feature is free for creators, but Meta says 'heavy users' can buy a Meta One subscription for higher usage allowances.
