Amazon Quick 团队提出一套智能体原语分类体系，用 When、What、Who、How 四个问题拆解智能体工作，对应触发器、智能体与能力三类原语。触发器分为人工发起、智能体委派、定时和事件驱动四种，智能体被定义为持久学习型执行者，能力则涵盖工具、技能与工作流。团队认为技能与工作流不会因模型进步而消失，前者用于沉淀和共享组织经验，后者提供可审计的固定步骤编排。
